Henry Scoble was married to Elizabeth and they had four children.  In the 1911 census Henry is listed as a Carter and Elizabeth as a Collar Ironer.  His occupation lead him to being a driver with the Royal Army Service Corps.

Henry was originally from Redruth in Cornwall where his father, Richard, was a Pit Sawyer.  Henry's mother, Caroline, died in 1897 when Henry was 11 year old.  Richard Scoble died in 1915.
